ROY SNARE, CPA
Roy L. Snare, CPA, has over forty years of experience in non-profit and governmental auditing, including auditing under the Single Audit Act. He has served as engagement partner for audits of many social service organizations, as well as other non-profit entities.
Mr. Snare has served on the Board of Directors of Accountants for the Public Interest and the School Board of his local school district. He has presented programs to board members of non-profit organizations, executive directors and accounting personnel in such areas as board member responsibilities, budget development and general accounting for non-profits. He has also served as a lecturer for Continuing Professional Education (CPE) programs in the areas of non-profit accounting and Single Audit Act.
Mr. Snare is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
VINCENT J. FOTI, CPA
Beginning his career with Samuel Klein & Company while still attending college, Mr. Foti advanced to a senior level position with the firm, where he focused on a government clientele. He then became affiliated with J.H. Cohn & Company in a supervisory position; where for six years he was engaged in audit, tax services and bankruptcy engagements. For the three years before he established his private practice, Mr. Foti was affiliated with Ernst & Young, a major international accounting services firm. During his tenure at Ernst & Young, he provided business advisory services to the clients in such areas as accounting procedures, financing in connection with IPO’s, financial reporting, mergers, acquisitions and process improvement.
Mr. Foti received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from The William Patterson University of New Jersey. He has also completed comprehensive in-service training and has earned C.P.E. credits in conjunction with his licensing as a New Jersey Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Foti is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants
